Weather or not you make it in is up to you

We seem to be in the grips of yet another winter freeze here in the UK.  Once again the news is full of how much this is costing the economy due to lost productivity.  It still amazes me that so few people don't make it into the office - "snowed in" apparently.  What is extraordinary is that managers all seem to live in parts of the UK where there is no snow, as they all seem to be able to make it.  Weird..
